i dont think the tincture is bad but the company does not use 150,000 he cayenne and I believe this is why it doesnt work. So many people i tell about putting cayenne into your eyes look at me in a shocked disbeleving way. But it doesnt hurt it only stings. I think this is one of the reasons why dr c store does this. Not to mention people ry using the tincture directly into the eyes. I have heard of many many cases personally where people have tried this. I think the tincture would work if one added the higher he cayenne
