It was so great to read your story. I have suffered from adrenal problems for close to twenty years, like you, initiated by a period of severe stress which as a teenagers caused me to stop menstruating until the stress was over, then came a hole wave of health problems linked to my adrenals and excess production of cortisol. I have also suffered from hives but not to the extent you have. I have done ten flushes so far and have marked improvement but still know I have a long way to go - I'm encouraged by your story.
