So true about nuts. We baked almonds in the oven in some oil then added salt. They were so warm, salty and tasty I couldn't stop eating them. After, I was in agony for 24 hours. Interestingly, this taught me that before a Liver Flush were the intent is to jettison gall stones, I eat about 20 almonds, which inflates my GB causing back pressure, then when I take the olive oil 6 hours later I have that much more GB power to flush them out. Its subtle but every little bit helps, and is probably contraindicated to the good advice which is to avoid them, which means avoid them with an inflamed liver, but I use them to inflame my gallbladder the day of the flush.
