Five month old with hearing loss..Is B&B ok that young?

I'm thinking that I read recently that someone asked about doing the b&b protocol for a four month old. I have wanted to tell my kids about this for their baby but wasn't sure until today that he does HAVE hearing loss. They are saying now that he has to have hearing aids. Is this safe to do for a five month old? How can I convince them? I will send the "info bomb" from Uny about the whole thing from Dr. Christopher, but does anyone else have any ideas. Also, is it definetely safe? Would he also be needing to take the b&b drops?
