Actually, i think that new high normal for TSH is 3.5 not 5.0 as it used to be. It is also helpful to see FT3 and FT4 not just TSH. High TSH means hypothyroid however both hypothyroid and AF come together. Dr lam mentioned in one of his works when adrenals are treated, usually hypothyroidism is healed too.
