Re: adrenals, that was the theory the first couple of naturopaths I saw had - I spent 2.5-3 months on adrenal tonics with no improvement whatsoever. I don't expect to recover in that time but to not feel any better? I think I was wasting my time. All up I saw a naturopath for 8 months and got nowhere.

In short, I have no idea if it's AF or Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome (I really don't understand the difference), but adrenal supplements didn't work.
