Quite an interesting thread. I've been hearing lots of things about kefir but one lady convinved me to get some grains (and she doesn't know it yet). over the past few years, I've been taking much better care of my hair than I do my body. Fast forward >>>>>>>>>>>>>> A few nights ago, I was looking at a photo album of a natural hair icon. SHe also showed her kefin grains and the whole process of how to make the kefir. It's one thing to read suggestions online, and another to get a reccomendation from someone you look up to (this lady's hair is down to her butt).
I really want some of this stuff now. Seeing as how I can't have any carbs, I can't bake with it or make fruit smoothies, so that sucks. Do you just drink it plain?
