Thanks everyone. yes I continued the lemon water and sometimes take it twice a day. It gives me energy. I have been breaking out in more pimples but maybe that is just a detox reaction. My back still hurts but its my upper back and I think it is just from overworking and vacumming alot. have a flea problem atm.
