Hello- I'm having an issue I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on what it is.

I'm having a small area about 3 inches above my belly button that is sensitive to the touch. It hurts when I press on it(I don't press very hard).

Anyone have any ideas what this might be or what I could do to help treat?
