Allergies + Cleansing Help

Hi,
I'm new to the site and currently suffering badly from allergies (runny nose all the time, itchy eyes, itchy throat, sneezing, asthma, trouble sleeping).
I have read here that a Liver cleanse or Liver flush, parasite cleanse, Dental cleanup, Bowel Cleanse and kidney cleanse could help me heal from allergies.

I'm trying to come up with a good full body cleanse plan to start as soon as possible. Even though this is all new to me, I want to try it because I want to heal myself.

This is what I have come up with:

STEP 1
Improved Diet = I will eat fruits, nuts and veges for the first two days, also drink plenty of water.
parasites cleanse and Bowel Cleanse = Third day I will start the enema (salt and water) for only a couple of days(it is said not to use an enema for more than 7 days).

STEP 2
Dental cleanup = I can't do it right now, I will have to wait till I have enough money which will be in a few months.
kidney cleanse = As I use the enema to do the parasite cleanse and bowel cleanse, do Juice fasting (vegetable juices) for that week.

STEP 3
Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Cleanse - Liver Flush = Do the very simple recipe told by grandma Nada (old recipe) from the Liver Flush section. Do it at the end of the week from Juice fasting.
Improved Diet = After all the 3 steps are done, start eating fruts, raw veges, nuts, rice and beans.



QUESTIONS:
1 - Correct me in anything here, I am new to all this and this is what I came up with after doing some reading today.
2 - Is it ok to use the enema with only salt and water in STEP 1? because I'm short of money to start buying herbs at this time.
3 - This whole process should take a week to two weeks, should I repeat the process or do it for a longer period of time?
4 - Any ideas, comments or corrections will be really appreciated.
