Re: Safety of salt cleanse?
It is a concern if you have bad kidneys. It's also a concern if you don't do the proper ratio of salt-to-water, it has to be correct. I use this page as my guide.

But remember this is the mainstream media we're talking about. They also say
parasites don't exist in the United States, and that article even says "your body does a fairly good job of "detoxing" all by itself."
If this was true Curezone wouldn't exist. The environment has become exponentially polluted in the past few hundred years. The human body can not evolve quickly enough to adapt to this change. Without help, we simply can not detoxify the onslaught of garbage they are putting in us,.
Anyway, this is all only information about what has helped me. I am not a medical professional. It is up to you to make your decisions about your own health. Do your research about everything everyone tells you on this site. (I see you have already done that.) All I can say is that the saltwater flush has helped me. Since your mother is older you should definitely consider other therapies. You can also do the gentler version of it by starting a Vitamin C/Salt protocol, which works on the same principle. It also dries them up but more gradually since you take the salt throughout the day, not all at once. (LymePhotos.com)
