Big fat raspberry sound: PHHHHTHTHT (results)

Well, I'm pretty dadgum disappointed. I know -- as Uny says, no liver flush is unsuccessful. They all work on that logjam in one way or another.

Been doing nightly castor oil packs (new acronym in order now? how about COPs) on my libber and nightly CEs... I did use cold-pressed macadamia oil again instead of olive... I was already nauseous (so frustrating! ive always had an iron stomach) just looking at the drink prep & olive oil so I used the mac oil instead.

Right after the potion I heard two loud liver farts. That's good!

This morning passed 3 'stones': one the size of a pea, one smaller, and one smaller yet... The morning isn't over and my tummy is rumbling, and a CE is fixin' on the stove. So maybe I'll see a few more little guys.

Last couple days saw chunks of stuff that might be fluke parts/flukes. Couldn't tell. So... Maybe they're the logjam and i'd better go on another fluke jihad.

Onward.

p.s. getting un-zoloft brain zaps. And had wild vivid dreams last night, which i always have when I forget a dose of Z... must be from all the cleansing (& the St Johns Wort??)
