Re: new user seeking advise re: candidiasis
I'm doing Garden of life protocol from the book Patient Heal Thyself.
I think it's best since that guy had a horrible case of candida, he was dealing with mostly chron's disease.
He has a candida protocol to follow and I'm on it now.

I think diet plays a huge role and of course you have to exercise if you have candida, you need oxygen pumping through your blood and candida hates oxygen.
Everyone with candida should exercise no less than an hour a day.
yoga, pilates, hiking, taeboe are some of the exercises I do and they've helped me tremendously. Having candida makes me weak and most of the time I don't want to exercise but most people who exercise regularly and have flat bellies and are fit don't have to deal with candidiasis because oxygen kills candida.
I'm on the anti-fungal track with the wild oregano, etc.
We'll see.
I'm in a different place, drinking more water, not as weak as I used to be, used to not be able to get out of bed but now I get up and exercise, cranberry juice from lakewood helps me, MSM too.
