Newport--Aluminum and Glycine (edit)

I haven't been able to get back to him monthly like I had been, but I know with the glands that things definetly do change, and need to be adjusted. Before, my hypothalmus and pituitary were way out of whack, and they are the head of the train for the other glands. They are testing much better this time. For sure, especially with the doses of Tyrosine I muscle tested for, I need to get back to him in a month for re-adjusting things.

I had seen the posts of Newport's before about being deficient in Tyrosine, but didn't "get" the signficance of what it meant.

Yes, Glycine is also one that Cutler talks about with the liver being able to detox, and also Taurine.

Edit- this piece of information from Cutler on detoxing copper, is also saying Glycine for copper detox (better bile flow). These supplements have made a big difference for me with my liver...especially the ox-bile, and phos-choline (which I've also found is important for methylation)

However, after I was reading about glycine and aluminum, I had some concerns..and the weird thing is that I have been taking the magnesium malate for some time now, which is supposed to also chelate aluminum, so I didn't think aluminum was a problem- but it showed up as being higher on the Hair analysis test I just did.

Hmm-Newport, do you have some input on why the aluminum showed higher for me? If I had been taking the Glycine, WITH the mag malate, it should have grabbed onto the aluminum so it wasn't redistributed- right? Would the hair test have been an indicator that I was moving aluminum out? I have continued with the mag malate, but went to TMG instead of Glycine.
