Of the many things I am glad and proud of myself as a parent of not doing unto my children, is that of vaccinating them. I studied many years before I had (conceived) children so that when the day came and I did have children, I would not do unto them that which my parents did unto me. This is called being provident, something many parents, especially African and Latino Americans, are not, and to the detriment of their children and future generations. As parents and guardians, we have no reason (medical, scientific, historical, legal or otherwise) to vaccinate our children. Human beings do not require vaccination. There are many foolish and silly people out there talking about the importance of vaccinating children. If vaccinations are so important, how come animals in the wild are not vaccinated? You see plenty of human dum dums lined up to receive these toxic vaccination shots and inoculations, but when did you ever see the hawk, eagle or vulture fly down out of the sky and go to the local medical center and asked to be vaccinated? When did you see the gorilla and the monkey leave the wild and catch a cab into the city and go to the medical clinic and ask to be vaccinated? Have you ever seen a snake come from behind the bushes and demand to be vaccinated? Has your dog ever went to the medical clinic and demanded to be vaccinated and if not, he or she would bark in protest until they received their shot? You have not seen this and you never will because unlike a lot of human beings, animals have too much sense to go for this medical vaccination propaganda crap. vaccinations are only for non-intelligent beings who have brains and don't use them and who also happen to carry a purse on their shoulder or a wallet in their pocket. vaccinations equate to money, control through disease and sickness (due to impaired immune or defense system), and getting rid of industrial toxic waste. Plain and simple! However, as Americans (or corporate United States citizens, as America is no longer a country, but an actual corporation), we have the illusion of freedom, and therefore we have a choice. The Matrix will delude you, but it will also give you a choice.

The best choice or decision to make is an informed one. But in order to make an informed choice or decision, we need the proper or correct information, buttressed by our innate mechanism of common sense, which many of us rarely use, due to being non-critical and non-analytical thinkers.

So, first up, what is vaccination? The word vaccination is defined as: the act or process of inoculating with a vaccine in order to produce immunity to an infectious disease. The American Heritage Dictionary (4th edition, 2001)

Well, what does the word inoculate mean? The word inoculate means: to introduce a serum, vaccine, or antigenic substance into, esp. to produce or boost immunity to a specific disease.

NOTE: ibid is the abbreviation for the word ibidem which means: In the same place, as in a book cited before. So instead of continuously writing American Heritage Dictionary, I use.

What is a serum? A serum is defined as: the clear yellowish fluid obtained upon separating whole blood into its solid and liquid components.

And more importantly, what is a vaccine? A vaccine is defined as: a preparation of a weakened or killed pathogen, such as bacterium or virus, used to vaccinate.

Now wait a minute! I always said and knew there was truth or real facts in these English words, but the dictionary is plainly telling you what a vaccine is. Weakened or killed pathogens! Medical doctors are using weakened and/or killed pathogens to introduce into the human body to allegedly produce immunity to an infectious disease. People, what infectious disease? The damn vaccine is the infectious disease. You don't put weakened or killed pathogens (bacteria or virus) into the human body to produce immunity to an infectious disease or anything else! Look at the medical profession's reasoning - using a DEAD or killed pathogen to produce immunity in a LIVING human body? Where's the logic?

And what are these weakened, dead or killed pathogens (bacteria and virus)? I mean, after all, these devils want to inject this crap into our and our children's bodies. We have a right to know the names of these bacteria and viruses, don't you agree? Doesn't the federal government require ingredient listing of food and drugs on products that Americans consume? Of course they do! So, why not on vaccinations? A vaccination would have to be either classified as a food or a drug, and if not, what in the hell is a vaccination classified under. Inquiring minds want to know (or should want to know).

People, the word vaccinate and vaccine is rooted in the Latin word vaccnus, which means cow. You can learn a lot, people, from word etymologies. That's why I love studying words and language and always keep a dictionary close to me; and I also am a collector of dictionaries.

Now what is the connection between vaccines and vaccinations and cows, since the words vaccine and vaccination derive from a Latin word meaning cow? The answer lies in the fact that vaccines were originally derived from cows. The word or prefix vacca means cow. Ever heard of a city in California called Vaccaville (where a notorious penal institution or prison is located)? Vaccaville, California was originally a place where there were a lot of cows. The suffix ville refers to a rural settlement. Vaccaville was originally a rural settlement populated by cows.

When you unwisely vaccinate your baby or child, you are in fact cow-i-fying your baby or child. Now since vaccines came from cows, the question now is, what part of the cow did the vaccine originate from? Try the open sores part of the cows, infected cows, that is. Yes, the original vaccine serum was the mucus and pus from the open cow sores and lesions; as well as cow blood. They still use cow pus and blood today in vaccines. You see, the history and origin of modern-day vaccination deals with the cowpox epidemic in the late 1800s. Cowpox decimated rural towns, which were predominantly populated by whites or Caucasians. It was noticed by a physician that the only town folk who did not fall victim to the cowpox epidemic were the cow maids (who milked dairy cows). Evidently, the cow maids had minute strains of cow antigens in their system from contact with the cows and so when the epidemic hit, they were not impaired by the epidemic. So physicians began to take pus and blood from the cows and mixed it into a serum and injected it in the town people. Guess what? There were no more epidemics of cowpox again in these towns? You know why? Because instead of waiting for an epidemic of cowpox to hit, THEY ALREADY HAD IT! The disease just manifested differently and at different times. Question: How in the hell are you going to stop an epidemic of an infectious disease by given the infectious disease to people in advance? YOU ALREADY HAVE IT! Again, where's the logic at?

People, foreign substances such as dead pathogens or weakened pathogens will not strengthen your so-called immunity, but will greatly impair it. Your white blood cells proliferate and work hard to protect your body from diseases (foreign invaders). Vaccinations are weakening and destroying your immune system, which is really a misnomer. As my good friend Phil Valentine says, we don't have an immune system, but a defense system, because there is no immunity from doing wrong. When you eat something bad, you're not immune from the effects of that. If that was the case, you would have never experienced acid reflux, constipation, flatulence, a tummy ache, a headache, etc. from eating something that disagreed with your body. Plain and simple! I hope you over-stand (understand) this.

Now, let's get scientific for the slaves of authority out there. Check out these quotes from the great book Murder By Injection: the Story of the Medical Conspiracy Against America by Eustace Mullins:

Another practitioner, Dr. W.B. Clark of Indiana, finds that Cancer was practically unknown until compulsory vaccination with cowpox vaccine began to be introduced. I have had to deal with at least two hundred cases of cancer, and I never saw a case of cancer in an unvaccinated person. Page 132

And,

Another well known medical practitioner, Dr. J.M. Peebles of San Francisco, has written a book on vaccine, in which he says The vaccination practice, pushed to the front on all occasions by the medical profession through political connivance made compulsory by the state, has not only become the chief menace and the greatest danger to the health of the rising generation, but likewise the crowning outrage upon the personal liberties of the American citizen; compulsory vaccination, poisoning the crimson currents of the human system with brute-extracted lymph under the strange infatuation that it would prevent small pox, was one of the darkest blots that disfigured the last Century. Page 132-133

And,

In an article in Science, March 4, 1977, Jonas and Darrell Salk warn that, Live virus vaccines against influenza or poliomyelitis may in each instance produce the disease it intended to prevent the live virus against measles and mumps may produce such side effects as encephalitis (brain damage). Page 135

And,

Edward Jenner (1796-1839) discovered that cowpox vaccine would supposedly inoculate persons against the eighteenth century scourge of smallpox. In fact, smallpox was already on the wane, and some authorities believe it would have vanished by the end of the century, due to a number of contributing factors. After the use of cowpox vaccine became widespread in England, a smallpox epidemic became widespread in England, a smallpox epidemic broke out which killed 22,081 people. The smallpox epidemics became worse each year that the vaccine was used. In 1872, 44,480 people were killed by it. England finally banned the vaccine in 1948, despite the fact that it was one of the most widely heralded contributions which that country had made to modern medicine. Page 136-137

And,

Polio had increased 700% in states which have compulsory vaccination. The much quoted writer on medical problems, Morris Beale, who for years edited his informative publication, Capsule News Digest, from Capitol Hill, offered a standing reward during the years from 1954 to 1960 of $30,000, which he would pay to anyone who could prove that the polio vaccine was not a killer and a fraud. There were no takers. Page 137

And,

Health Freedom News, in its July/August 1986 issue, noted that Vaccine is linked to brain damage. 150 lawsuits pending against DPT vaccine manufacturers, seeking $1.5 billion damages. Page 142

And,

Herbert M. Shelton wrote in 1938 in his book, Exploitation of Human Suffering, that Vaccine is pus - either septic or inert - if inert it will not take - if septic it produces infection. Page 145

And lastly,

The surgeon General of the United States, Leonard Scheele, pointed out to the Annual AMA convention in 1955 that No batch of vaccine can be proven safe before it is given to children. James R. Shannon of the National Institute of Health declared that The only safe vaccine is a vaccine that is never used. Page 145

And now, let's look at some of the most hellacious, demonic, toxic, deadly and sinister ingredients used in vaccine serums. The following alone should make any intelligent and/or health conscious person and parent or guardian forever disregard vaccinations.

Most people do not know it (because the pharmaceutical companies that produce vaccine serums will never let the public know), but various vaccine serums are made up of: formaldehyde (embalming fluid), aluminum phophate, cow pus, sucrose (sugar), copper, swine [pig] blood, alien viral protein particles, residues of chicken and egg embryo substances, thimerosal (a derivative of poisonous mercury); polysorbate, cadmium, horse blood, rabbit brain tissue, dog kidney tissue, monkey kidney cell culture, aborted human fetal tissue (from female abortions); sodium chloride, dairy (milk powder), nitric acid, sheep blood culture medium, sodium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, glycerol, phenoxyethanol (car anti-freeze), calf serum, and over 70 more toxic substances. The medium or base of many of these vaccine serums is porcine [pig] pancreatic hydrolysate of casein.

Some of the insidious side effects of the elements and substances above used in vaccine serums include: blood disorders, auto-immune diseases, cerebral palsy, brain damage, paralysis, neurological impairment, monkey fever, Gullian-Barre-syndrome; autism, mental retardation, premature aging, cancer (and leukemia); multiple sclerosis, SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome), asthma and bronchitis, malaise, convulsions (epilepsy); seizure, encephalopathy (degenerative disease of the brain); thrombocytopenia (inflammation of veins), Cochlear lesion (loss of function of the inner ear); brachial plexus neuropathies (nervous disease of the arms, nerves, and lymphatic); erytherma (morbid redness of the skin); shock episodes (excessive screaming), chronic melancholy (child never smiling or laughing), learning disability, etc.

Folks, are any of the diseases supra worth it due to vaccination? I don't think so. In fact, vaccinations are criminal and inhumane.

We are told that vaccinations can help prevent hepatitis, whooping cough, DPT (diphtheria), measles, mumps, chicken pox, Epstein Barr, influenza, etc., however, with a little knowledge, we can find out the origins of all the above diseases. In fact, Djehuty can and will tell you the cause of these diseases - MUCUS (from acidity)! The prenatal pills (which are synthetic and harmful) are causing hepatitis and jaundice (liver problems) in newborns. Why? Because their little livers are trying to fight the poisons that mommy ignorantly brought into her body while carrying the unborn child in her womb. Many newborns livers are overburdened before they are delivered. A child will never get any of the above childhood diseases until being vaccinated (or given denatured food), which again in turn produces mucus, so you're right back at mucus (acidity).

Folks, especially parents or guardians, no doctor or physician will ever tell you that a vaccine is so safe that if anything happens to the child in response to the vaccine, the doctor or physician will accept personally liability. They just won't do it, because there are no safety guarantees and they know it. The problem is, many of these foolish, stupid, and dumb parents and guardians of innocent children don't know this. Why do you think the U.S. government enacted the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act?

In 1986, the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was passed to pay off immunization victims. (This removes the drug company responsibility and ensures their continued profits.) That year, the FDA [Food and Drug Administration] noted 17,221 adverse reactions to vaccines and at least 3,000 DEATHS. By 1994, over $435 million dollars had been paid (taxpayer's dollars) and more cases created daily. The foregoing was taken from The Latest magazine, from Dr. Stan Gale, a doctor of chiropractic.

The Law and Vaccinations - Do I have to vaccinate my child?

Now those of you who know me know that along with health, law is my specialty, especially constitutional law (and Divine or Natural law). Many uninformed and frightened individuals/parents/guardians, mainly mothers (women/females), think that they have to vaccinate their babies and children because it's the law and they have no choice. I have also ran into enlightened and strong women/mothers who did not want their baby or child vaccinated, but the foolish and frightened father of the child did, which led to many arguments and unfortunately, a few breakups. Do you see how society plays a role in creating problems that lead to the breakup of marriages, relationships, and families? This is why America (or the corporate United States) is in hell right now. The moral fabric has been greatly eroded by hidden powers that create and manipulate laws (statutes).

Well, let's look at things from a legal perspective. Under the Common law (unwritten law carried over from England), your body belongs to you and is your property. This truth originates from God's Natural law, and not any man-made law. Your body is your property. Your children's body is their property, but your children, for legal purposes, are your property and you have a natural and divine duty to take care of and provide for them. This is substantiated in Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, Book 1, Chapter 16, Of parent and Child. Sir William Blackstone states: The duty of parents to provide for the maintenance of their children is a principle of natural law; an obligation laid on them not only by nature herself, but by their own proper act, in bringing them into the world.

Blackstone's commentaries are considered case law in this country (corporation) and can be used as legal precedent. Please reference the following:

Blackstone's commentaries are a satisfactory exposition of the Common law of England. Bloom v. Illinois, 394 U.S. 194; 88 S.Ct. 1477 (1968)

In addition:

The U.S. Constitution was written in the language of the Common Law. Denver R.G.R. v. U.S., 241 F. 214 (8th Cir. 1917)

In a broad sense, common law may designate all that part of the positive law, juristic theory, and ancient custom of any state or nation which is of general and universal application, thus marking off special or local rules or customs. Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, Common law, pg. 251

Calif. Civil Code, Section 22.2 provides that the common law of England, so far as it is not repugnant to or inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States; or the Constitution or laws of this State, is the rule of decision in all courts of this State. Black's Law Dictionary, 5th edition, Common law, pg. 251

So you see, the common law is still acceptable in American courts today, but it's up to you to know and enforce that.

Now, as parent or guardian of your child, you have a right to rear your child as you see fit. This right is protected by the laws of the land, especially the federal Constitution of the United States of America. We are also admonished by Biblical law, especially those of you who profess to be Christians, to train (teach) and correct (discipline, reprove) our children:

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:9, Holy Bible

The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame. Proverbs 29:15, Holy Bible

Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul. Proverbs 29:17, Holy Bible

Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying. Proverbs 19:18, Holy Bible

Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. Proverbs 22:15, Holy Bible

Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Proverbs 23:13, Holy Bible

Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. Proverbs 23:14, Holy Bible

Your right to correct and discipline (not abuse) your child or children is secured to you in this land under the First [Religious Freedom Clause] and Fifth [Personal Liberty] Amendments of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution.

It may be against your religious or conscientious belief(s) to allow foreign substances (i.e. blood) into the human body of God; or to accept the blood of another being or creature into your body (as the Jehovah Witnesses wisely believe); and if so, if vaccination calls for vaccines that include foreign substances (such as blood and inorganic metals), which is to be injected into your child's body, this would no doubt violate your First Amendment right to religious freedom and expression. What does the Constitution say about your right to religion? Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING the free exercise thereof. Your State Constitution says the same thing. In California, Article 1, Section 4 of the Organic Constitution of California (1849) states: The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed in this state.

Folks, the U.S. Constitution is the Supreme law of the land and any other law that contradicts or goes against the Constitution is null and void: any Thing in the Constitution or Laws (i.e. statutes) of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. Article 6, Section 2, U.S. Constitution. Plain and simple people! Do as rap group Dead Prez says and TURN OFF THE RADIO! TURN OFF THAT BS! Start learning your rights, people, so you can start enforcing them.

Also, let's build on our case to not vaccinate our children using the laws of the land. The foundation of all law in this country is the Constitution of the United States of America with its amendments called the Bill of Rights (which are the first ten of twenty-seven amendments). The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution ensures the right of the people to be secure in their person shall not be violated. To be secure in one's person means that we live and have our existence within our bodies, the border being our skin. Just as the borders of a sovereign nation cannot be penetrated against the wishes of that sovereign government, so too the skin of the sovereign citizen or individual cannot be penetrated without permission. To penetrate or violate the skin (border of the sovereign) - that is to create a wound - is considered by law to be a punishable assault against the person. Because of this fact, all medical procedures must be preceded by informed consent.

Informed consent means you have been given the necessary information to grant or not grant consent. Consent is voluntary. If your consent is needed as a parent or guardian to have your child vaccinated, vaccinations must be VOLUNTARY! And you know what? They are!

You may not know it, but you have a right to rear your children as you like (hopefully you are an intelligent and God-acknowledging person and do things in harmony with Natural law). Let's look at some legal precedent or case law to support this position. Please reference the following:

Parenting is a protected fundamental right. In re Marriage of Harris (App. 4 Dist. 2001) 92 Cal.App.4th 499

Free personal choice in matters involving family life is fundamental liberty interest of parent, inasmuch as parent's claim to authority in their own household to direct rearing of their children is basic in structure of our society. Polovchak v. Meese, C.A.7 Ill. (1985) 774 F.2d 731

Parental rights. The sum total of the rights of the parent or parents in and to child as well as the rights of the child in and to the parent or parents. Anguis v. Superior Court In and For Maricopa County, 6 Ariz.App. 68, 429 P.2d 702, 705

The following are parental rights protected to varying degrees by constitution: (1) physical possession of child, which, in case of custodial parent, includes day-to-day care and companionship of child; (2) right to discipline child, which includes right to inculcate in child parent's moral and ethical standards; (3) right to control and manage minor child's earnings; (4) right to control and manage minor child's property; (5) right to be supported by adult child; (6) right to have child bear parent's name; (7) and right to prevent adoption of child without parent's consent. L.A.M. v. State, Alaska, 547 P.2d 827, 835

NOTE: Child's property includes his/her skin and body!

Parents have powers greater than state to curtail child's exercise of constitutional rights, for parent's own constitutionally protected liberty includes right to direct upbringing and education of children. In re Roger S. (1977) 141 Cal.Rptr. 298, 19 Cal.3d 921, 569 P.2d 1286

Do you see and understand what the law (case law) says about your right to directing the upbringing of your child? You, and NOT the government (federal, state, or local), has the right to direct your child's upbringing. It is only when the child's welfare is harmed that the government can and will move in (intervene) to allegedly protect the child. Please reference the following:

A child's welfare must be threatened before the state may intervene in parental decision-making. In re Marriage of Harris (App. 4 Dist. 2001) 92 Cal.App.4th 499

The right to parent only gives way upon a showing of parental unfitness, detrimental to the child's welfare. In re Marriage of Harris (App. 4 Dist. 2001) 92 Cal.App. 4th 499

A showing of harm or potential harm to a child is constitutionally required to justify governmental interference with child rearing. In re Marriage of Harris (App. 4 Dist. 2001) 92 Cal.App. 4th 499

It was my good friend and herbalist Tim Morrow of the University of Common Sense in Lawndale, California, who hammered home in my mind before I became legally astute of the fact that I, and not the government, am in charge of my own person, home, family, and my children. I also learned this in the early 1990s while a member of the Nation of Islam, but Tim really refined this notion for me.

The government can never charge a parent with possibly endangering or endangering a child due to the parent's refusal to vaccinate the child, simply because the government (via the agent) will never accept responsibility or liability for the safety of any government-sponsored or mandated vaccine, nor will they ever declare that any vaccine will prevent or CURE the disease the vaccine is supposed to prevent. Try and see!

Folks, vaccines are statutory in nature and are therefore applicable to certain status (of the individual) and also are voluntary in nature. This is all you have to know folks. Vaccinations are NOT mandatory when you understand the law. Remember, vaccines are created by legislative enactments called statutes, which are inferior laws when contrasted with the Constitution; and you should know that a statute cannot take precedent over constitutional law or provisions. The Supreme Court held that state statutes did not take precedent over constitutional law. James v. Kentucky, 466 U.S. 341; 80 L.Ed 2d 346; 104 S.Ct. 1830 (1984)

Where statutes conflict with constitutional provisions, the latter must prevail. Hart v. Jordan (1939) 14 Cal.2d 288, 94 P.2d 808

Where a federal and state law are in conflict, the federal law is supreme. Gibbons v. Ogden (1824)

The will of the supreme power is expressed primarily by the Constitution, and secondarily by statutes. California Civil Code ß 22.1

There you have it people!

Statutory vaccination requirements cannot penetrate a person's First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment constitutional rights. Remember this, people! In addition to vaccinations being statutory in nature, again, they are voluntary. Please reference the following:

School vaccination programs to inoculate child and student are voluntary and all school children and students may be exempt due to certain reasons, i.e. immunization contrary to beliefs or conscience. See California Health and Safety Code ß 120365

School children and students have vaccination and immunization exemption rights. School Board ß 6051, Article 3 of Title 17 of the Regulations of California School Admission; California Senate Bill 942, Vaccination Exemption in Private Schools.

Because vaccinations are voluntary, governing statutes for vaccinations must offer an exemption from vaccination. The California statutes (Health and Safety Code) comports with the foregoing statement:

Exemptions; immunization contrary to beliefs; temporary exclusion upon exposure. Immunization of a person shall not be required for admission to a school or other institution listed in Section 120335 if the parent or guardian or adult who has assumed responsibility for his or her care and custody in the case of a minor, or the person seeking admission if an emancipated minor, files with the governing authority a letter or affidavit stating that the immunization is contrary to his or her beliefs. However, when there is good cause to believe that the person has been exposed to one of the communicable diseases listed in subdivision (a) of Section 120325, that person may be temporarily excluded from the school or institution until the local health officer is satisfied that the person is no longer at risk of developing the disease. California Health and Safety Code ß 120365

The statute supra plainly tells you that in order for your child not to be a part of a vaccination or immunization program, especially for entrance into school, all the parent or guardian has to do is file with the governing authority of the school (principal or school nurse) a letter or affidavit stating that immunization or vaccination is contrary to his or her beliefs. They didn't hide it. They put it right in your face in the California Health and Safety Code (or the statute regulating health and safety for your state if other than California). So don't let anybody tell you that your child has to be vaccinated or immunized in order to enter or be admitted into school. Do you see why I love law? It's liberating and very empowering. It's also very easy to apply, if you have heart (courage).

The following clearly shows you that statutes don't apply to everybody, only certain people who fall within the provision or meaning of a particular statute:

Children covered by child immunization statute, and required by law to be immunized, are all children who will enter one of educational or care facilities listed in statute; statutory exceptions apply only to persons 18 years of age or older seeking admissions to community college, persons filing letter or affidavit stating that immunization is contrary to his or her beliefs, and persons with respect to whom there is filed physician's statement that immunization is not considered safe. Salasguevara v. Frye (App. 4 Dist. 1995) 31 Cal.App.4th 330, 37 Cal.Rptr.2d 40

Again, you are told about exemptions from immunization via a letter or affidavit stating that immunization is contrary to your beliefs. It's best to say religious and conscientious beliefs; and it is also best to do an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury and notarized by a notary public, or if a sovereign citizen, to have 2-3 witnesses sign the exemption letter.

Who are these children covered by child immunization statute who are REQUIRED by law (statute) to be immunized supra? Answer - the children of ignorant parents who do not object to their child/children being immunized or vaccinated. It can also be said that vaccination or immunization statutes apply only to State residents and NOT state citizens. There is a legal difference in the terms:

Of course the terms resident and citizen are not synonymous, and in some cases the distinction is important. ?Travis v Yale, 252 U.S. 60; Baldwin v. Franks, 120 U.S. 678, 7 S.Ct. 656, 32 L.Ed. 766

And; further,

Residence is not the equivalent of citizenship; and whenever jurisdiction is predicated upon the citizenship (or alienage) of the parties, an allegation that a party is a resident of a certain state or foreign country is not a sufficient allegation of citizenship. General Rules of Pleading, Rule 8, pg. 80

I won't go into the whole thing about sovereign citizenship because most people are just outright scared, ignorant, and lazy when it comes to learning and applying sovereign citizenship status because they are too concerned with what corrupt government officials and/or their employer or boss may do to them.

In closing, just remember that you do have a choice pertaining to vaccinations and immunization of your child. Don't be confused or frightened by the word compulsory. Now you know who vaccination shots are compulsory for - children of non-objecting parent(s) or guardian(s). Plain and simple!

Also, there is no liability against any person (i.e. school nurse) administering an immunization vaccine or serum (if the immunization is voluntarily ?consented to), notwithstanding willful misconduct and gross negligence. The California statutes clearly explain this to you:

Liability for act or omission in administration of immunizing agent to minor. No person shall be liable for any injury caused by an act or omission in the administration of a vaccine or other immunizing agent to a minor, including the residual effects of the vaccine or immunizing agent, if the immunization is either required by state law, or given as part of an outreach program pursuant to Sections 120400 through 120415, inclusive, and the act or omission does not constitute willful misconduct or gross negligence. California Health and Safety Code ß 120455

Injuries due to immunization can only be predicated upon willful misconduct and gross negligence:

Children required to be immunized. Child need not be actually enrolled in one of school or care facilities, for which immunization is precondition to admission, mentioned in statute in order to be deemed required by state law to be administered diphtheria, pertusis, and tetanus (DPT) shot, so that provider of immunization may only be liable for injuries suffered due to immunization based on willful misconduct or gross negligence; conditional enrollment provisions of statute establish stop-gap? mechanism designed to assure highest percentage of immunization of children is achieved eventually. Salasguevara v. Frye (App. 4 Dist. 1995) 31 Cal.App.4th 330, 37 Cal.Rptr.2d 40

Many of these same exemption statutes that apply for school vaccinations are the same for hospital vaccinations, worded differently of course. Many hospitals now have a policy to vaccinate the baby within hours or days of it being manifested (delivered), to make sure the poisonous vaccine serums are used on the unsuspecting American people and to ensure funds and the Rockefeller-created objective (of keeping Americans controlled through sickness and disease). So if you decide to have your baby in a place where sick people go and oftentimes die (a hospital), make sure you give the hospital staff and delivering doctor advance WRITTEN notification that you object to vaccination or immunization due to your personal religious persuasion and/or conscientious beliefs. In addition to reasons of religious and conscientious beliefs as grounds for objection to vaccines and vaccination, you can also object on the grounds of culture and spiritual values.

Any person who inoculates your child with an immunizing agent or vaccine without your knowledge and/or consent and/or against your will, has willfully violated you and your child's rights and can be sued in court for monetary compensation under federal law - Title 28 of the United States Code, Section 1983 [deprivation of secured federal constitutional rights, privileges, and immunities under color of State law (i.e. statute)] - a civil rights violation.

And if you were ignorant and unconscious back in the day and vaccinated your child or children, God/Universe is forgiving and merciful, if you accept responsibility for your wrong and make amends to correct your wrong. Mother Nature is full of natural cures to de-vaccinate your child from the toxic dangers of vaccination serums. Herbs such as yellow dock, burdock root, dandelion, red clover, strawberry leave, chaparral, sheep sorrel, manjistha, celadine, Oregon grape, Echinacea, goldenseal, wild indigo, and red root will greatly cleanse your child's blood and lymphatic system. Regardless of the skin disorder, these herbs will help to heal it.

The herbs mullein (leaves and flowers), yerba santa, and fenugreek will combat mucus in your child's body.

If your child develops (manifests) a childhood disease from being vaccinated and you don't want to use traditional Western medicine's pharmaceutical drugs, utilize some of the following natural remedies:

To cleanse the blood and lymphatic system: make a combination of the herbs supra (in tea or extract form).

To boost and strengthen the defense (immune) system, use: ginseng [red] (American, Chinese, or Korean); astragulus, elderberries, and calendula.

To combat diarrhea: work with the diarrhea by giving the child water to help flush the colon. After the diarrhea stops, give the child water with º teaspoon of Sea Salt (not table salt ) in it to replace the sodium lost from diarrhea.

To combat fever: work with the fever (healing mechanism) by giving the child ginger, cinnamon, cloves, or cayenne or paprika (mild dosage only) in tea or extract form or let the herbs soak in hot water and allow to cool down to room temperature and give to the child to drink.

To combat constipation or help pass stools: give the child a combination of senna (pods or leaves) and peppermint leaves; or prune juice.

To combat coughing: work with the cough (natural mechanism) by giving the child herbs of wild cherry bark, blood root (very strong), boneset, elecampane, eucalyptus, lobelia, or cannabis in extract or tea form (add a little maple syrup and lemon).

To combat itching of the skin: soak the child in warm (to almost hot) water with 4 ounces each of the herbs buck bean, celadine, calendula, and garlic (not 4 ounces, but maybe 4 cloves). It's best to first run hot water and then add the herbs and let the water cool down and then let the child soak in the herbal mixture. EXTERNALLY, you can rub the child from shoulder to feet with cornstarch or arrowroot powder (mixed with essential oil of tea tree, lavender, and cedar), instead of baby powder (which is toxic).

To help the skin heal externally: you can purchase from the health food store certain creams, gels, and salves like calendula gel or cream; Country Comfort's myrrh-goldenseal salve; or Egyptian Magic. I have a wonderful product called oz Oil which is full strength oxygen saturated in olive oil that works wonders for all skin conditions. You can make this product yourself if you have an ozone machine. Just ozonate any good oil for 24 hours and lock tight in a jar or bottle. Also, you can let the child soak in baths of (1) tea tree and lavender oil (6-12 drops each); (2) 33% food-grade hydrogen peroxide (1/2 cup) or regular hydrogen peroxide (1 cup) and Sea Salt (1-2 cups) which is very oxygenating and alkalizing; (3) if you have an ozone machine, put the child in a bag up to its neck (and tie, not too tight, with string or yarn) and stick the tube in the bag and ozonate the child for 30 minutes 2-3 times a day. Ozone therapy is some powerful stuff, which is why it is banned in this country. The U.S. government wants you sick!

To combat heavy metal poisoning (from the metals in the vaccine serum): give the child activated charcoal (1/2 teaspoon stirred well in a small cup of water), and/or liquid Bentonite clay (1 teaspoon in a small glass of warm water).

And lastly, if your child comes down with a so-called childhood disease, don't feed the child meat and dairy products (or no Jello, orange juice, etc.). Just give the child vegetable soup or broth and a lot of water.

Winter time is also flu season in America. The elderly are the target group for flu shots (vaccines). Many elderly people are going to die from the flu shot. The flu shot is crap. You have to be out of your mind to take a flu shot. And after all, what in the hell is the damn flu anyway? I'll tell you what the flu is. The flu is nothing but the holiday crap you ate for Halloween (candy and sugar), Thanksgiving (turkey, dressing and the other junk), Christmas (egg nog, more turkey and meat, fruit cake, etc.), and New Years (beer and wine, pretzels and chips; and more meat) - kicking your behind by impairing your defense (immune) system and also compelling all that mucus to come out of your sick body. We have four seasons, not five! Some people are walking around here talking about flu season as though God has given us an additional season - summer, winter, fall, spring, and flu. Wake up, people!

It is also important to mention in this article the vaccinations required to travel to certain countries. Why is it that if you travel to Africa and other countries that are populated by black or Original and Native peoples, you have to first be vaccinated before getting on the airplane? But if you go to countries in Europe that are populated by white people, you are not required to be vaccinated. You see, this sends a subliminal message that Africans and Native peoples are dirty and diseased, but Europeans are not. And don't get me wrong, many places and countries are crawling with serious infectious diseases, and one should be concerned about their health abroad or over seas, but vaccination is not the only answer. Many people who travel to West Africa are concerned about malaria. Malaria is an infectious disease marked by cycles of chills, fever, and sweating, transmitted by the bite of an infected mosquito. One of the best herbs on earth to take for malaria (prevention and cure) is cinchona, also known as Peruvian bark. Cinchona (Cinchona calisaya) contains natural quinine, which suppresses cell enzymes and acts as a disinfectant in cases of malaria. Cinchona is also great for influenza and intermittent fevers. Cinchona can be enhanced by mixing it with cloves, yellow dock, and goldenseal. So if you want a natural preventive for malaria while traveling to Africa or Central or South American (or any place else), take some Cinchona (capsules). And also, vaccines required for airline travel are also voluntary. Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: Every person has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Anti- parasite herbs (called vermifuge and anthelmintic) such as garlic, pink root, peach tree bark, tansy, southernwood, Wormwood , male fern, quassia, epazote, betel nut, kutaj, olive leaf, and wormseed are also ideal for preventive measures when abroad. I have a parasite and Worm formula that includes all of the herbs supra.

You can also make a natural insect repellant by using certain essential oils such as eucalyptus, lemon, lime, rosemary, thyme, cloves, tea tree, manuka, cedarwood, and ravensare, putting them in a base of water or oil (sweet almond, grapefruit, coconut, etc.).

Also, take some Oxy-Drops liquid oxygen from Water oz. You can add these alkaline oxygen drops to your water for protection. Any liquid oxygen product may do. Just make sure to bring a bottle with you over seas.
