On a personal note, can I ask what your daily diet is like?
I have to admit, my biggest, absolute craziest hurdle (for many reasons) is food. I wouldn't know where to start on the why's, but when you are so sensitive to everything, and have a history of eating disorders, going on any sort of healing diet can produce (for me) the most amazing reactions. (I use amazing in both senses, lol!)
I keep going back to raw vegan, but after 3 days of this, I go nuts. Literally. I go crazy. My cravings are insane, I'm usually exhausted and in bed, and I can tell myself over and over 'it's detox!', but it's most of the time not enough to get me through.
I instinctively know I'm lacking calcium, and my cravings for dairy and chocolate have to do with calcium/magnesium, so am going to get more leafy greens in, with green smoothies and salads. But the cravings for meat? The cravings for coffee? Or carbs? What's that about, and what am I really 'craving' here?
