I need answers about the Mirena IUD!!!

I am 4 months PP and had the Mirena inserted about a month and a half ago. I have had HORRIBLE mood swings, I'm miserable all the time and it's ruining everything. The biggest issue I have had is my lower back pain. It has gotten so severe over the past week, that it's to the point where I can't move off of the couch. I can't walk standing straight up, I can't get up from a chair without assistance or being in EXCRUCIATING pain. I can't do laundry, wash dishes, fold clothes, or lift my son. Anyone whose a mom knows that that isn't practical haha. I KNOW for sure the mood swings are from the Mirena so I'm getting it removed but I'm wondering if it is the cause of my back pain. Has anyone else had the same side effects? I'd really appreciate your help!!!!!
