I agree that IF2 could be taken longer and know more could have come out. But I really couldn't do it one more day. The powder formula is not what I will take again. Capsules seem much easier.

Yes, please send me the formula to make it myself, for IF1 and IF2 please? I am in the South of Europe, will see where I can find the ingredients and the capsules.
