Can't help you with many helpful ideas since I have never had a UTI but I understand the whole liver flush thing. I just can't handle them very well.(mentally)I have only done a few and nothing happened except I made myself sick with normal looking diareah with no stones... but I digress.

Obviously the liver flush helped but I have also wondered why the later flushes were so hard to do esp. mentaly! Maybe its the parasites battling you mentally or something. lol  I do really belive in liver flushes its just hard to do them at least for me for some reason. Thank God I discovered UNY and know that I don't have to take Epson salts!! That was THE WORSE part in my opinion. Well the whole natural healing is a journy with allot of bumps and curves in the road but the end sure beats the mainstream way!
