Could this be tapeworm? (warning: gnarly pic)

Hey everyone,

So for the past couple of months I've suspected that I have some degree of a Tapeworm infestation. Been taking humaworm for about a month and seeing those masses of sesame seed-looking pieces in my stool.

After reading some peoples' recommendations for Zymex II to break down tapeworm, I tried it out. Yesterday, I nuked them with 8 capsules at once, today 6 at once. Now I see all of these jelly-like light pieces in my stool (sorry for the nasty photo):

Based on what I've said and this photo, is this actually what I think it is? Or could it possibly be something else?
