really Miss Helfinger ? I've never thought of that

I know I do have a booger of a cold but I am glad to say I am better today ..all the ech/cayenne /garlic paid off I assume

I need a pull up bar ..LOL but I don't know if I could actually do one ..hehe..that would be a kodak moment right there now. :)

I do have allergies I know that and they might be flaring up too ..that is so a possibility
