I feel exactly the same - at least that's a little consolation that I am not alone!! I know exactly how you feel as I have similar symptoms and similar situation. I can't even mention this to anybody, as nobody believes that I can feel "something crawling" under my skin, but it's also deep in my stomach, all front and back of my body, legs, arms, simply they managed to get everywhere. I suffer like this since last year, so almost a year. It's extremely lonely and feels very hopeless, because I went to tropical diseases doctor, but the tests he run didn't show anything and he doesn't belive me either. So there is nowhere to go now. I am using the zapper since last November, but it seemed to make it worse, even though I still use it as I can't help it not to.
Anyway, I know what you're going through. I might not be a good support as I feel very desperate myself, it seems that I will never get rid of this crawling - but it itches mainly on my scalp, not on my body. Still, it's horrible.
