It sounds like you have similar problems to what I had, but mine got worse than yours eventually. I ended up in emergency also from 3 days of diarhhea, which really sucked. Your body is likely not assimilating many of the nutrients you are eating, which was the case with me anyway.

The antifungal I used for 10 years was Nilstat, which helped a lot with both Candida and UC, but eventually my liver ran into problems that got worse over time.

Ultimately it was the combination of a month long fruit-only fast, an ongoing parasite cleanse, and followed by the Primal Diet as outlined by Aajonus Vonderplanitz that changed my life. I currently take no supplements besides cod liver oil (www.greenpasture.org), liver tonic, parasite cleanse maintenance.
