One rather worrying question looms re soy. (The link to the 'Doctor within's article'.) There are millions of vegetarians and vegans eating soy this and soya that, apparently this is not a great idea, even the International Vegetarian Union reckomends it endlessly as a good way to get protein. http://www.ivu.org/faq/protein.html
Couple of questions.
1. Why should we listen to a Chiroprator named Tim O'shea? what makes him THE expert?
2. Is organic soy okay to eat/drink etc he doesn't mention this in his article?
