i had similar experience with magnesium (but w/ tablets, not oil). bouncy, hyper and "great" after the first 2 doses, and then downhill from there. maybe we need some magnesium but not to overdo it. it's wishful thinking sometimes to expect one cure to work for everyone, especially when it's something safe like a mineral that's one of the top four minerals in the human body. what is a "miracle cure" for some people may not be the same for others. after 2 weeks of magnesium supplementation i'd say that for me it feels like lithium has been described, where-as i would probably be better on something for focus and motivation... if anyone has a suggestion for these problems i'm all ears!
