The crux of the arguement is who has a right to self defense. An illegal occupying army doesn't have a right to self defense. The Israelis are the terrorists and Hamas are the freedom fighters trying to expel illegal invaders. The same goes for Iraq. All attacks by Iraqis against American soldiers are justified, legal, self defense according to international law. We had no business invading Iraq. Israel has no legal right to genocide a people they stole land from. At least in America we made peace with the Native American Indians and allow them full rights as equal citizens. The Israeli philosophy is that everyone who is not a Jew is an animal so there will never be peace with fanatical people who follow fanatical religious doctrines.
