Do you have a healthfood store or an Indian market near you? Get some neem soap and neem oil and bathe in the neem soap. Put a few drops of the neem oil with the soap or in a body wash and bathe with that, alternatively. Warning: the neem oil smells absolutely foul. But the neem is really good stuff. If your healthfood store sells neem capsules, then take that internally, 2-3 caps 2-3 times a day. Neem is has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. It doesn't have the harmful side effects that the rx antifungals have.
