Flush #13 tonight, hives/candida, need some advice pls.

Hi everyone,

I'm doing my 13th Liver Flush tonight as I have terrible candida which manifests in hives and I've read that the reason for the hives is because my liver is congested and detoxing through my skin. It's miserable.

I can't take anything acidic to soften the stones, so will just take Epsom Salts (yuck) to relax the bile ducts, then the evoo/lemon mixture tonight.

Has anyone else had experience clearing out candida doing Liver Flushes or had experience with hives from a congested liver? I really could use some encouragement as I've been dealing with this for more than 4 years with little improvement. Candida is nasty stuff.

Thanks for any advice. Please do not suggest anything with an alcohol base as that's out for me as well.
