Have you taken the time to call these establishments? If they're legitimate they shouldn't have any problems answering any questions that you as a prspective future client, might have. Ask them their price range, as these treatments (colonics) may have gone up significantly. As one poster mentioned and I'll back her (Valerie CCT) that prices were once in the range of $60-$65, whereas now, at least in NYC they're running about $100 to $160 per session. You should also ask what their
colonic procedures entail, are they using an open or closed system, are their specuulums disposable or not, are the people doing the procedures certified colon therapists. Some are RNs though they're CCTs as well. I have had the circumstance where I was given a
colonic by a woman being trained by a CCT,(present during the procedure) though I had to agree to it. My recommendations here are very general in nature and I hope you realize that there may not be any posters on this board from Portland or if there are, possibly they have no first hand experieces with these establishments to relate. So again, try calling and also see if they have a website. That gives alot of good info. Good luck.
