Re: --Too Sick or Too Lazy?--

I simply don't have the energy to search through thousands of posts to piece together whatever this protocol is.

At the top of the page there's a "10 simple steps to healing" thread. Is that a summary of it? From that I gather one can alkalinize with the lime water.

My diet is what it is and I can't do much about that right now. I don't eat junk food, only organic non-grains like quinoa mostly and some buckwheat, also spelt, plus the lentils, which I eat in the afternoon, mung bean sprouts, green beans and carrots. I take mostly bifidus because I have klebsiella. I only drink water. Milks and dairy are out of the question. The cranberry juice was the first non-water thing I have drank in 10+ years.

So it seems to me that is not super acidic forming compared to a lot of diets anyway. Do you think just adding the lime water would help. I have pH test strips but I don't know how accurate they are. The saliva looks like it is 7+ pH but the strips are old and I don't know if they're right.

Once a few years ago when I tried a small amount of apple cider vinegar I had a very bad immune system flare up reaction from it. Perhaps in fact I am too acidic and the lime water itself would help. I could add a tablespoon of epsom to a bath and see if I tolerated it and build up from there. Would those two things help in this protocol? I'm trying to find out what to do, I just don't like being called lazy.
