...but it's a little tiny booklet as opposed to Dr. Schulze 's 650 page Save Your Life Manual with dvds. I have a copy of both and let me tell you, if anybody really wants to do the IP, s/he NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS the SYL material or s/he won't be doing the full program.

Pineapple juice is the other ingredient. :-)
