Your doing awesome girl! As you know I am planning on doing the master cleanse after my juice fast. Yeah I messed up and gave into others rude comments but you held fast girl!  Thanks for the details. I am always hungry for details and I can only get it here as I don't know anyone who is in to this stuff but me. I really thought I had gotten my sis. interested but she is so wrapped up in her own world right now she doesn't have time for it. It sucks cuz I really thought I had gotten somewhere with her. Oh well. I digress.

That sounds great about your enemas. They sound like mine except my last 3 I did (in a row) were a bit well not so spectacular. I see that you didn't have problems with bleeding. That is great! I am like you and so believe in this program and way of life. It makes so much sense and I am glad we are all here to heal together and learn from our teachers! Thanks UNY,Rocky and Wings!
