To actually kill off the virus only Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and Colloidal Silver should be used. Echinacea may boost immune system and is fine to take prior, but during exposure you need the big boys.

I would take both Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and Colloidal Silver . I would use a nebulizer to get the CS into my lungs. The lungs are were alot of flu viruses are hanging out. The CS will reduce the viral load in the lungs and also get into the blood system. CS taken orally and swished in the mouth is fine, but I am concerned about the stomach acid counteracting some of the swallowed CS.

I would also take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to make sure a virus killer got into my blood system. I would follow jim humble's flu protocol.

I would also add plate zapping and regular zapping in addition, but I believe CS nebulized into the lungs with MMS will do the trick.
