Re: Colon cleanse before liver cleanse?

I did a Liver Flush 3 years ago, not having done any kind of Bowel Cleanse first. I felt terrible. I am planning to retry Liver Flushing but don't know what to do in the way of a Bowel Cleanse first because:

1. virtually all the cleanses that you buy as a package contain psyllium and that clogs me up worse than ever;

2. Moritz strongly recommends colonics or colosan. I have no access to the former and can't easily obtain the latter.

3. Dr. Sutter also recommends bowel cleansing first, but is not specific, as far as I can determine.

Can someone point me in the right direction regarding a Bowel Cleanse prior to flushing the liver? Tks. for your help.
