I think they ARE supposed to get everything moving. But in my case, they didn't. I think it was a combination of the parasite cleanse, that and the liver flush. It was just too much. I drink over a gallon of water per day, so that wasn't it.

I just wanted to share my experience. It may not be typical, but I do think you should do one cleanse at a time. Why not do a Liver Flush right away, like I suggested? What are you waiting for?
