Hello mate. Yeah i had that, i had no BM's for 3 days. I was worried and felt pretty bloated and congested, so I plucked up the courage and got a colonic. LOTS of weird stuff came out. lots of strange black stuff. and that was when i finally turned the corner, when i finally started getting better. after 10 years of declining health i started getting better after all that stuff came out. I found out later it is called mucoid plaque. I hope you get some of that out too

I'm doing a Humacleanse for the 4th time now and i am still getting weird stuff out in my BM's. Not as much, but its still coming out. It takes a long time to clean out the mess caused by the mercury.
