I take two droppers of lugol's each morning, that's about a teaspoon full. I also take a half dropper of Trapper's SSKI along with it.
I usually add the cayenne powder to a mixture of spirulina, sodium ascorbate, msm powder, a super green powder, ginger powder, bee pollen, and brewer's yeast all added to water. Some mixture. The ginger also adds some heat.
I figure the cayenne is too beneficial to leave it out. For what it is worth, I can just look at a bottle of Texas Pete and the top of my head will sweat and my hair will be wet in a matter of two minutes.
I'm too firm (stubborn or mule headed, actually) to give up on anything I decide to do.
