Hi Tracey!! Yes, I finally got around to coming over and checking out your new forum!! I didn't catch the whole gist of it last weekend so this is great!! It sure makes sense to me!! And August 2002 onward for big changes - oh YEAH!!

It is so true for me that old structures were just not working anymore, but without this knowledge, one tends to cling to a faultly belief that "we" are at fault or feel guilty that we could change all this if we really wanted to. This is such a relief!!
