Hello My Venus. I too have just started a Water Fast and I would love a support buddy. Today was day 2 and I have to admit it was very easy for me. I have juice fasted before so I know how wonderful it can be. My overall goal is to loose 25 pounds and rid my body of all bad toxins. How has your fast gone so far???
