I suppose anything other than fresh urine qualifies as old, although I have read that if you are really wanting to used aged urine for something, it's best to leave it for at least four days, and preferably more like eight.

I only use the old stuff for massage. It stinks and is messy, but the results are worth it. Aged urine shouldn't be used internally. Fresh can be drunk or used in an enema.

I've heard that if you drink day-old urine, it kills parasites, but I haven't had the courage (or thankfully the need) to try that one and don't know how safe it would be.
