Don't want to go into too much detail on the yeast front. It's a bit personal! The Sha Shen Maidong is like fine granules which remind very much of the Bowel Cleanse tablets I was taking. IE pulling all the unwanted shite out of my clogged system.

Still think this is Candida caused and I still also think that the white dots on my lip are linked as well. I believe the white dots are blocked / inflamed pores which aren't allowing something to get to the outer layer of my lip. The worst affected area (Like a lot of peoples on here) is the lowest part in the middle of my top lip which is also the part where these dots are the most prominent and numerous. I don't think it's a coincidence.
