I think there are a lot of good ways to eat. I try to pay attention to what my body wants. I think we go through unique phases in life, at which times we need specific nutrition. Healthy eating could at different times vary from a whole foods/meat eating diet to raw vegan.
Ever since I was eleven years old I've been experimenting with various diets. One of my lessons has been to get obsessed with various eating philosophies, taking a mental approach to eating, and to see how that does not lead me to health.
