I'd like to try a water fast, but I am not sure what kind of water I need. Do I need to buy bottled water? I usually drink tap water but we have a filter. The filter is somewhat old though, it's an NSA bacteriowaterstatic treatment unit thats been there for years. I'm not quite sure how it works or if the filter needs to be changed. It's a tube-like thing that can't be opened.
