thanks lovey - I also have had lots of success with UT, but it doesn't seem to do much with my current heavymetals toxicity and intense sciatic-nerve pain - do you just gargle and rub-in, or do you consume large amounts and fast on urine as per Armstrongs recommendations? - broh
