wanting to try violet extract but how much how oftn for how long. my pd is pretty bad now. i've tried everything and dn't want to take Antibiotics . they screw up my system too much. ordered violet extract but haven't received it yet. can you let me know what worked for you as far as doseage and how long before it cleared up?
