Distiller experiences!

I need to buy a distiller but with moving across country and taxes and this wonderful economy I have very limited funds. I KNOW the Waterwise is the best but now I need at least a counter top one and then later I'll get a bigger one and maybe a whole house system so I can have better showers ... well enough dreaming and rambling, I just need a good one that cost under $200 from a company that's not a fly by night. Any good experiences out there? Thanks!
