Side Effects vs Benefits of DHEA and Pregnenolone

Hi,

This is my first post on this board. I've read warnings re: these medications and their side effects which sound pretty scary. There was one on each container I bought today from the health food store I frequent.

I've also read numerous accounts of the benefits of each, and used together for adrenal support.

Can anyone here clarify this issue for me?
