It's very hard to say. I do believe in orbs and have even used them at times in healing work. You have lens reflections sometimes too. I would say the only way to be sure they are the real deal is to have been there while the work was being done and to see the orbs in person. I will say the photo does have a very good feeling to it so it wouldn't surpise me if they are indeed energy orbs.
