thanks, good info. i have wondered about the hulda advice to add the C, doesn't make sense. she says its to preserve it? isn't that what the vodka is for? weird.

also she says its ready in 3 days, you say 5 to 7. that sounds more like it. i may do two and leave on for a week and one longer just to see how things turn out. thanks again.
