If it's your first parasite cleanse the itchy is normal. We carry a lot of wierd stuff around in our skin. It gets itchy as they die off, they are otherwise at rest in there I think and you might just feel a wormy/moving sensation from time to time.

rememeber that next time you shake someone's hand or use their hairbrush. or sleep at motel 6.

a couple weeks of itchy, even litle pimples popping up usually is normal. Betadine or surgical scrub in the shower helps a lot if the itchy is real intense.
